Q: What if I would like to switch memberships in between recurring monthly charges?

Please email us and we will navigate the best option - it is case by case basis.

Q: What if I can’t make the time of the cadre? What about schedule conflicts?

We will work with you to navigate the best cadre for you to be in based on location and time. Should there still be a conflict, we will navigate options to start a group around your time or location.

Q: I’m not sure about my cadre group. How long does it normally take to get comfortable?

We do our best to have a thorough vetting process prior to every and any candidate joining. This process of building trust, and vulnerability can only happen after a couple to four + sessions.

Q: What if I want to change cadre groups?

We suggest each team member to be patient as you get settled; it can take anywhere from 2-4 sessions to get to know your new cadre. Should you still feel like you want to switch, email us and team member will reach out to you to coordinate other options.

Q: Are there any additional events outside of the cadre?
